On October 5-7, 2009, the representatives of the Agency for the Development of Mazovia PLC participated in the investment trade fair, Expo Real 2009 organized in Munich (Germany).  EXPO REAL is the international commercial property exposition. It is not only one of the leading events in Europe regarding the real estate market, but also an important meeting venue for representatives of the financial, real estate, industry and service sectors. The fair provided a great opportunity to present investment offer of particular regions. Diverse accompanying events included numerous conferences as well as an overview of current trends and innovations on the real estate market. Nearly 1600 exhibitors from 34 countries presented their stands at the show. The fair was visited by over 21,000 visitors from 73 countries. Each year the fair becomes popular especially among the participants from Germany, Great Britain, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the USA, Poland, Russia and Italy.
During the fair, Poland was extensively represented by representatives from different cities (e.g. Warsaw) and particular voivodeships. The members of ARMSA S.A. had an opportunity to introduce the Mazovia offer on the Polish information stand of the Trade & Investment Section of the Polish Embassy in Berlin as well as of  the Warsaw City Hall.
