COIE is the go-to place for foreign entrepreneurs interested in investing in Mazovia, and for Masovian entrepreneurs undertaking and carrying out export activities. COIE closely cooperates i.a. with The Office of the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in Warsaw, Ministries, Embassies and Consulates of the Republic of Poland around the world, Foreign Trade Offices (ZBH), Polish Investment and Trade Agency S.A. (PAIH S.A.) and Special Economic Zones.

In COIE a foreign entrepreneur will receive not only information on Polish legal conditions related to starting a business, but also strictly practical knowledge, such as advice on choosing an investment site from the investment areas database managed by COIE, or a contact to a Polish entrepreneur interested in cooperation. An entrepreneur from Mazovia can count on information on the export of goods and services, and on assistance in establishing contact with a foreign partner. In each and every case our services are tailored to individual needs.

COIE also carries out their economic promotion mission during many national and international economic events.

Investment Offers Database

COIE manages an online database of investment areas in Mazovia. http://coie.armsa.pl/Baza,Terenow,Inwestcyjnych,16.html. It contains both undeveloped (GREENFIELDS) and built-up (BROWNFIELDS) real estate offers. Each offer has information regarding the requirements contained in local spatial development plans, existing infrastructure, and many other valuable data.
