The project aimed to increase the potential of vocational education in Mazovia through the implementation of development programs in 60 schools and vocational training institutions, which were run by local government units.

Support was organised through additional classes focused on the development of key competences (including ICT, entrepreneurship, foreign languages, mathematics and natural sciences), organization of paid internships for students in enterprises, supplying schools and vocational training institutions with technical and educational equipment to improve the quality and attractiveness of vocational education, organization of vocational counselling for students, counselling and pedagogical and psychological care for students who have learning problems or for other reasons at risk of premature dropping out of the school system.
