The aim of the project was to increase key foreign languages competences and digital competences of 740 adults by 30 September 2018.

The project was addressed to Mazovia residents over the age of 25 who, on their own initiative, are interested in acquiring, supplementing or increasing digital or language skills and competences, with particular emphasis on people 50+ and people living in rural areas. The project involved training in ICT and English.
“Mobile in Europe”

The aim of the project is to introduce the best (most effective) practices to Polish institutions or entities responsible for creating or implementing public policies, by enabling familiarization with solutions used in other countries, and then implementing changes in your own practice. The knowledge and experience acquired by the project participants will be used to improve the implementation of tasks in employment, entrepreneurship and education.

Ultimately, the project participants are 210 people who will take part in free 5-day trips abroad as part of the project. During these trips, through the implementation of Individual Transnational Mobility Programs, they will learn the best practices in organization, administration, financing, and management of public policies in 3 areas: employment, entrepreneurship development and education.

The role of ARM S.A. in the project, as one of four national partners,  involves supporting 30 employees of local government units and subordinate education institutions.
