Our mission is to create and support the socio-economic development of the Mazovian region.

Entrepreneurship and Investment Centre (EIC) implements activities aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and the development of SMEs and local government units.

We also aim to attract and serve investors, support the Polish exporter and support the development of the business ecosystem. EIC is a place of first contact for foreign entrepreneurs interested in investing in Mazovia and for Mazovian entrepreneurs undertaking and implementing export activities.

Additionally we carry out Mazovia's region economic promotion mission during many national and international economic events.

We have extensive experience in supporting SMEs and implementation of projects financed by EU funds: regional, national and international (including Interreg, RPO, POWER, POIG programmes). By building extensive relationships and networks; areas of cooperation include participation in projects stakeholder groups, co-organization of promotional, training or economic events.

In carrying out our activities, we work closely with companies, local governments, public institutions and Business Support Organizations to build an innovative and friendly ecosystem for SMEs. We also cooperate with the Marshal's Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Ministries, Embassies and Consulates of the Republic of Poland around the world, Foreign Trade Offices, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and Special Economic Zones.

WE PROMOTE - the economic potential of Mazovia in the country and abroad.

A foreign entrepreneur will receive information on Polish legal conditions related to starting a business, as well as strictly practical information, such as advice on choosing: an investment site from the our investment sites database or contacting a Polish entrepreneur interested in cooperation.

An entrepreneur from Mazovia can count on information services in the field of export activity and entrepreneurship. Each case is considered individually, and actions are taken each time in a manner tailored to the needs of the entrepreneur.

Our Centre also serves as the Mazovian Investor and Exporter Service Centre, which belongs to a nationwide web of regional PAIH Certified Partners. We operate according to investor and exporter service standards developed by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. We cooperate with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in servicing investment projects and provide our own services to investors and exporters. For more information, visit the PAIH website.

Investment Offers Database

Investment areas of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship are available in a nationwide database - the Investment Offer Database . It is a free tool that provides a complete set of information on the posted investment offers, so interested Entrepreneurs and Investors can easily locate the best properties in Poland.

The database, is divided into the following categories:

undeveloped areas (greenfield)
built-up areas (brownfield)
office areas
tourist offers

It is also a place to promote Polish Municipalities and Cities, which can present their full investment offer.

Land owners are welcome to contact us in order to place their offer on the PAIH database. Placing an offer is completely free of charge.
