The aim of the project was to alleviate social exclusion processes through the individualized and comprehensive application of different types of activities to each of the project participants benefiting from social assistance in selected areas of Mazovia. The participants of the project were 500 people from families with many children excluded or at risk of social exclusion benefiting from social assistance.
Tasks implemented under the project:
1. Diagnosis of individual needs and potential of project participants (UP) in order to prepare and implement support based on the reintegration path.
2. Services in day-support centres - developing key competences.
3. Integrated family support: family support in shaping social and civic competences and the opportunity to benefit from coaching.
4. Professional activation.
5. Job placement.
The project resulted in an increase in social capital, an increase in employability and an increase in the employment of people excluded and / or at risk of social exclusion.
